摘要
社会的进步、科技的发展不断推动着企业管理,特别是人力资源管理的迭代式变革,而其中人才评价的发展已经经历三个阶段,即基于岗位说明书的人才评价,基于岗位胜任力的人才评价和基于企业价值观的人才评价。在简单梳理人才评价发展过程的基础上,结合当今领先企业的管理实践,着重讨论基于价值观评价的缘由和方法,特别是三种典型的人才评价工作场景:校园招聘情景下的人才评价、社会招聘情景下的人才评价、企业内部以发展和晋升为目的的人才评价,希望给未来的研究者和实践者提供一些参考。
The progress of the society, science and technology constantly promote the iterative development of management practice, especially human resource management. Focused on the personnel assessment, it can be divided into three stages: the personnel assessment based on job description, the personnel assessment based on competency model and the personnel assessment based on core-values. Referrenced on best practice today's, this paper will discuss the new generation. Besides its importance and methodology, the authors introduce the basical approach for 3 typical working situations: the campus recruitment, the external recruitment, and the staff-development. The given advices may be helpful for other researchers and practitioners.
