摘要
透过一些有关农民工的现实数据,从成人教育必须要大力发展职业教育的现实问题着手,以及外在条件、内在需求、共同作用三个方面可以系统论述职成教育对新生代农民工职业转换能力贡献的机理。据此,为理解当前新生代农民工群体为什么职业转换率如此之高,背后隐藏着哪些因素,并且为找到解决的有效路径提供学理上的依据。
Through some real data on the migrant workers, focused on the reality of adult education vigorously developing voca- tional education, the article systematically discusses the mechanism about adults＇ vocational education＇s contribution to the occupational conversion ability of the new generation migrant workers from external conditions, internal demand. It combined functions of three as- pects to better understand the reason of the high rate of the new generation migrant workers＇ professional conversion and more effectively find the solution to the problems.
