地连墙用聚合物-膨润土复合泥浆泥膜质量研究 被引量:4

摘要 将桥联高分子(改性淀粉和磺酸盐共聚物)和保水聚合物(聚丙烯酸钠和聚丙烯酸钾)作为泥浆改性组分,对比改性后聚合物-膨润土复合泥浆的泥膜致密性。结果表明:利用磺酸盐共聚物改性的泥浆其滤失量降低效果显著、掺量低,泥浆粘度提升较小,泥膜致密优势明显;聚丙烯酸钾颗粒能降低泥浆的滤失量,其80~100目和150~200目两种粒径复合使用体现出更好的泥膜致密效果。 The bridging polymers( modified starch and sulfonate copolymer) and super absorbent polymers(polyacrylic acid sodium and potassium polyacrylate) were used as modified components and membrane densities of modified polymer/bentonite composite slurry were compared. Results showed that the use of sulfonate copolymer can decreased the filtration effect of the modified mud remarkably, reduce dosage and rarely increase the mud viscosity, which highlight advantage of the mud membrane density. And meantime, super absorbent polymers can effectively reduce the amount of mud filtrate. The two kinds of compounds with the 80 ~ 100 mesh and 100 ~ 200 mesh showed better mud membrane density effect.
