摘要
研究了不同回火温度对9Cr0.11V钢焊缝组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随回火温度的升高,由表层到焊缝中心硬度逐渐降低。850℃回火处理后,焊缝硬度整体明显下降,回火马氏体尺寸增大,均匀性提高。回火后断口的韧窝数量增加,冲击韧度明显改善。
he effect of heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 9Cr0.11V steel welding joint by TIG were investigated. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness of welding joint gradually reduce from surface layer to the center. The hardness of welding joint decline obviously at 850 ℃ tempering, and the size of tempered martensite increase while the distribution turne more uniform. With the increasing of tempering temperature, the toughness dimples increase and it greatly improve the impact toughness .
