摘要
随着硅钢产品板形质量要求日趋严苛,冷轧工序对热轧带钢板形要求也越来越高,其中边降是硅钢板形中的一项重要指标。针对CSP同宽轧制引起带钢边部减薄严重、成材率低等问题,开发了边部带锥度的非对称工作辊边降控制新技术。分析了CSP辊形配置的板形控制特点,并在下游机架引入了锥度工作辊辊型,介绍了锥辊边降控制原理以及主要特征参数的设计方法。结果表明,新辊型配置方案投入现场连续应用后,明显改善了带钢边降控制效果。
Since the shape quality standards of silicon steel strip is getting stricter,the requirement for the hot rolling strip shape in cold rolling process is higher,and the edge drop control is a key indicator of good shape for silicon steel strip.To deal with the problem of the severe edge drop occurring in the same width campaign of CSP and the low yield,a work roll technology with a taper profile at one end is developed.The shape control characteristic of CSP using work roll contour technologies is analyzed,and the taper roll is used in the downstream mill.The taper roll edge drop control theory and the roll design methods of the main parameters are introduced.The results showed that the application of the taper roll has reduced the edge drop considerably.
