摘要
在母犬发情周期的四个阶段分别采集其阴道分泌物,涂片、染色、镜检,观察母犬每个阶段阴道上皮细胞的种类和形态特征,为阴道涂片法的应用提供有效的试验依据。
vaginal discharge of female dog in the four stages of estrus cycle collected respectively, than smear, stain, microscopic examination. Observe species and morphology characteristic of vaginal epithelial cells in each stages, to provide effective experimental basis for the application of vaginal smear method.
