摘要
烟气脱硝是现今电厂实现节能环保的重要措施之一。脱硝优化控制系统用于实现电厂烟气脱硝工作的智能优化控制。该系统以选择性催化还原法为基础,采用模型计算的方式对烟气中的NO_x含量进行预估,利用闭环修正的方法得出氨氮摩尔比,实现氨流量的准确控制。系统测试结果表明,该系统可以根据出口NO_x指标和氨逃逸情况及时修正脱硝效率设定值,保证了脱硝工作自动控制的准确性和稳定性,减少了氨耗量和氨逃逸,实现了综合优化脱硝控制。
Flue gas denitration is one of the important measures for achieving energy conservation and environment protection in power plants now.A denitrification optimization control system is proposed in this paper for denitrification intelligent optimization control in power plant.This system models the selective catalytic reduction process and predicts NOx content in the flue gas by calculation.The ammonia nitrogen mole ratio is calculated by closed-loop correction for controlling the ammonia flow accurately.The system test results show that the system modifies the denitration efficiency value accurately and swiftly based on the export of NOx content and NH3 escape.This ensures the accuracy and the stability of flue gas denitration.It improves the efficiency of the use of NH3 and achieves flue gas denitration control more synthetically and optimized.
