活性污泥洗涤烹饪油烟的传质性能强化 被引量:1

Enhancement of mass transfer performance about washing cooking fumes by activated sludge

摘要 利用自制的模拟油烟生物洗涤净化装置,以活性污泥做洗涤液,通过更换直径不同的喷气头、转动其方位、升降其到洗涤液面的距离来调节装置气-液接触速度、角度和距离进行模拟烹饪油烟洗涤实验,根据双膜理论计算不同气-液接触速度、角度和距离下的传质系数,并求得相应的油烟去除率。结果表明,最佳的气-液接触速度、距离和角度分别为24.49 m·h^(-1)、20 cm和0°,最佳反应条件下,对应的油烟传质系数分别为0.196 2、0.170 4和0.153 0 h^(-1),油烟去除率分别为85.51%、85.36%和86.03%。 Using the homemade simulated fume biological washing and purifying device,taking the activated sludge as the washing liquid,the simulated cooking fume washing experiment was carried out by replacing the jet head of different diameter,rotating it (to change its position) and raising or lowering it (to change the distance to the washing liquid level) to adjust the gas-liquid contact velocity,angle and distance of the device.Based on the double film theory,the mass transfer coefficient under different gas-liquid contact velocity,angle and distance was calculated and the corresponding fume removal rate was obtained.The results showed that the best gasliquid contact velocity,distance and angle were 24.49 m·h^-1,20 cm and 0°,corresponding to the mass transfer coefficient were 0.196 2 h^-1,0.170 4 h^-1,0.153 0 h^-1,and cooking fumes removal rates were 85.51%,85.36%,84.50%.
