摘要
针对传统环氧脂肪酸甲酯增塑剂不耐迁移的问题,以油酸、乙二醇、乙酸酐为原料,采用分步酯化和酸催化环氧化的方法合成了一种环氧油酸双酯增塑剂,并对其与聚氯乙烯树脂的相容性、增塑效率、耐迁移性等进行了表征,同时与传统环氧脂肪酸甲酯(环氧值相近)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯进行对比。结果表明:环氧油酸双酯增塑剂具有良好的增塑性能,其耐迁移性与传统环氧脂肪酸甲酯相比有一定提高,对新型环保、高效增塑剂的开发具有参考价值。
To overcome the migration problem of traditional epoxy fatty acid methyl ester plasticizer, a new epoxy oleic acid diester plasticizer was synthesized with sub-step esterification and acid catalysis epoxidation methods by u- sing oleic acid, ethylene glycol, and acetic anhydride as raw materials. The performances of epoxy oleic acid diester plasticizer including consistency with polyvinyl chlorideresin, plasticizing efficiency and resisitance to migration were evaluated. And it was compared with traditional epoxy fatty acid methyl ester (epoxy value is similar) and dioctyl- phthalate DOP). The results show that the epoxy oleie acid diester has good plasticity, and its resistance to migration is better compared with traditional epoxy fatty acid methyl ester. It provides a reference for the development of new environmental protection and efficient plasticizer.
