珠宝销售课程“工学交替”模式构建与实践——以黎明职业大学为例 被引量:1

摘要 基于珠宝销售类岗位能力要求,根据岗位实际工作的行动领域设计相应的学习领域,整体设计出珠宝销售课程模块,采用"工学交替"的模式实施教学,以黎明职业大学宝玉石鉴定与加工技术专业为例,重构珠宝企业经营和管理课程教学内容,创新教学方法,改革考核评价,并总结实践成效,以期对同类专业同类课程的教学改革提供借鉴。 Based on the requirements of jewelry marketing position, the course modules of jewelry marketing have been designed in a whole according to the field of practical work. The teaching mode of "work - study alteration" was applied in the major of gemology in Liming vocational university, to reconstruct the teaching contents of jewelry enterprises' operation and management, innovate teaching methods, reform the assessment and summarize the accomplishment of teaching practice so as to provide reference for the teaching reform of similar courses
