摘要
以马斯洛的需要层次理论为指导,分析高等学校基层办公室人员职业倦怠的成因并提出干预对策。研究发现,高等学校基层办公室人员的职业倦怠缘于缺乏满足社交需要的和谐人文环境、满足尊重需要的认同感和满足自我实现需要的工作效能感等。高等学校可实施以人为本的情感化管理以满足基层办公室人员和谐社交的需要,合理授权及使用激励以满足尊重需要,构建全面的培训机制以满足自我实现的需要。
Based on Maslow' s hierarchy of needs, this paper analyzes the causes of occupational burnout in the grass - roots office of colleges and universities and puts forward the countermeasures. It is found that, there are several problems existing in the grassroots office staffs in colleges and universities such as insufficient interpersonal relationship to meet the social needs, lack of professional identity to meet the needs of external respect, lack of self - worth to meet the needs of the internal esteem sense and low efficiency to meet the needs of self - realization of the work. Colleges and universities should highlight the people - oriented management of emotional characteristics to meet the harmonious social needs of grass - roots office staff, conduct proper authorization to give management functions to meet the needs of external respect, apply flexibly affirmative drive and opportunitiy incentives to meet the needs of internal respect, and construct a full range of training mechanism to meet the needs of self - realization.
