紫杉醇在非肿瘤性疾病中应用的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 紫杉醇是目前应用最为广泛的抗肿瘤药物之一,主要通过稳定微管和抑制微管解聚而阻滞细胞周期、诱导细胞凋亡等机制杀灭癌细胞,临床主要用于卵巢癌、乳腺癌、非小细胞肺癌、卡波式肉瘤等多种肿瘤性疾病的治疗。随着研究的深入,发现紫杉醇对于诸如血管性疾病、肺动脉高压、纤维增生性疾病、炎症性疾病和神经损伤性疾病等非肿瘤性疾病的治疗具有一定的应用前景。主要对紫杉醇在非肿瘤性疾病中的研究进展进行综述,为开拓紫杉醇的临床应用提供参考。 Paclitaxel, one of the broadest application anticancer agents, is currently used for the treatment of different types of cancers, such as metastatic breast cancer, advanced ovarian cancer, non-small-cell lung cancer, and Kaposi's sarcoma. It is acknowledged that paclitaxel kills cancer cells through the arresting cell cycle and inducing cell death by stabilizing microtubules and interfering with microtubule disassembly. However, recent studies have demonstrated that paclitaxel has some application prospects in non-neoplastic diseases such as vascular disease, pulmonary arterial hypertension, fibrosis disease, inflammatory disease, and nerve injury disease. Research progress on application of paclitaxel in non neoplastic diseases is reviewed in this paper, which may provide a reference for further clinical application of paclitaxel.
