骨盆手术中急性肺栓塞成功抢救1例报告并文献复习

摘要 1病例资料 1．1一般资料 患者男性，50岁，身高165cm，体重63kg。2015年8月21日因外伤致左髋部、会阴部肿痛及活动障碍3h后急诊入院，既往史、个人史、家族史均无特殊。人院体格检查：体温36．7℃；呼吸频率22次/min；HR110次/min；BP90mmHg,／57mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），神志淡漠，四肢皮肤湿冷。
