摘要
本文以光气和异壬酸为原料,在无催化剂的条件下制备异壬酰氯,并且对反应条件进行了优化。通过核磁共振氢谱确证了产物的结构,通过佛尔哈德法进行含量测定。该方法制备的异壬酰氯具有含量高,无催化剂残留的优点,对制备高品质异壬酰氯具有重要的指导意义。
Isononanoyl chloride was prepared from isononanoic acid and phosgene in the absent of catalyst, andthe reaction conditions were optimized. Structure of Isononanoyl chloride was confirmed by 1H NMR,assay of which was determined byVolhard method. The preparation method has the advantages of high content and no residual catalyst, which has important guiding significance for the preparation of high quality isononanoyl chloride.
