摘要
近年来随着城市化进程的加快,在城市改扩建过程中,对历史文化街区经常是拆除旧有建筑,重建新"文物",使得城市特色逐渐消失,变得"千城一面";如何保留一个城市的历史文化特色,成为城市建设中所要面对的重要问题。文章以保护历史文化街区为出发点,通过问卷调研及深度访谈的方法,对比分析台北市与喀什市在历史文化街区保护过程中的异同点,并根据实际情况提出适用我国历史文化街区保护的政策建议。
In recent years, with the rapid process of urbanization, in the process of reconstruction and extension of city, the old buildings in the historical and cultural blocks are often demolished, and new ＂cultural relics＂ are reconstructed. It makes the city characteristic disappear gradually, resulted in ＂thousand cities with same face＂. How to preserve the historical and cultural characteristics of a city has become an important issue in urban construction. In this paper, starting with the protection of historical and cultural blocks, using the methods such as questionnaire investigation and in-depth interviews, the similarities and differences in the protection of historical and cultural blocks in Taipei and Kashgar are compared and analyzed, and the policy suggestion for the protection of historical and cultural blocks suitable for our country according to the actual situation is put forward.
