2个橄榄品种的耐寒性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以长营(15 a实生树)、山源1号(15 a实生树)橄榄品种为试材,采用电导法测定了橄榄叶片在不同低温和不同持续时间处理下的相对电渗率,旨在探讨低温及持续时间对其伤害程度。结果表明,(1)随着贮藏温度的降低和低温持续时间的延长,2个橄榄品种的叶片相对电渗率均呈不断上升趋势,且随着温度降低上升速度加快;(2)‘长营’的受冻临界温度是-4℃,持续时间不超过12 h;‘山源1号’的受冻临界温度是-4℃,持续时间不超过10 h;(3)‘山源1号’的耐寒性稍弱于‘长营’。本试验结论可以应用于指导2个橄榄品种的冬季防寒措施。 Using the two Chinese olive cultivars 'Changying' and 'Shanyuan-1' (both 15 years seedling tree) as material,we tested the leaf relative conductivity of olive under different low temperature and durative time by electrical conductivity method and discussed their damage degree.The results were as below.(1) As the storage temperature decreased and durative time increased,the leaf relative conductivity of two olive cultivars both showed upward trend and increased faster with lower temperature.(2) The cold critical temperature of 'Changying' was -4 ℃ for not more than 12 hours,and 'Shanyuan 1' was-4 ℃ for not more than 10 hours.(3) The cold resistance of 'Changying' was weaker than 'Shanyuan 1'.The result could be applied in cold prevention measures of two Chinese olive cultivars in winter.
