摘要
无溶剂复合油墨是针对软包装无溶剂复合工艺而设计开发的一种通用型油墨。由于无溶剂复合与干式复合差别较大，对油墨的性能要求个性化很高。为了满足无溶剂复合工艺的要求，特别是针对无溶剂复合产品在高速复合过程中易出现的白点、气泡、溶墨等质量问题，从油墨用原材料选用、配方的设计、配方生产工艺关健因素的制定和控制、油墨应用过程的控制等方面，简述影响油墨质量和应用性能的因素，在油墨配方设计、生产工艺优化和产品应用中加以控制，制备出产品性能符合无溶剂复合工艺要求的高品质油墨。
Solvent-free adhesive composite ink is a kind of universal ink designed and developed for the process of soft packaging and printing. Because the solvent-free adhesive compound technology is different from the dry compound technology,the performance of the ink is highly individualized. In order to meet the requirements of solvent-free adhesive compound technology, especially for the white spots, bubbles,dissolve ink and other quality problems that are easy to appear in high speed composite products. From the ink with the selection of raw materials, formula design,formulation key factors to develop and control of production process and ink application process control,etc,the factors affect the quality of printing ink and application performance are briefly in the ink formula design,production process optimization and product application in control,preparation of the product performance meet the requirements of the solvent-free adhesive compound process of high quality printing ink.
