摘要
介绍了两种不同复合材料吸湿处理方法—美国常用的ASTM D 5229及波音公司的BMS 8-276,并验证这两种吸湿试验方法分别对复合材料基本性能的影响。结果发现采用BMS 8-276试验标准得到的吸湿量(1.54%)略高于采用ASTM D5229方法,并且复合材料基本力学性能数值差异均在9%以内。最后分析了BMS 8-276N中复合材料的吸湿处理方式在飞机型号上的适用性,对选择验证飞机复合材料湿热性能方法给出了建议。
Introducing two different kinds of moisture absorption treatments. One is ASTM D5229 commonly used in the United States and the other one comes from BMS 8-276 N belonging to Boeing Company. The basic performance of the composites after two kinds of treatments was tested. The results show that the absorbance obtained by BMS 8-276 test standard was slightly higher than(1.54%) by ASTM D 5229 method, and the basic mechanical properties of composite materials were within 9%. Finally, the applicability of the moisture absorption method of BMS 8-276 N in the aircraft model is analyzed, and the suggestions are given to select and verify the wet heat performance of the aircraft composite.
