摘要
"肺与大肠相表里"理论源于《内经》"脏腑相合"的观点。《诸病源候论》中"大肠为腑主表,肺为脏主里"是这种认识的进一步发展。唐代医家孙思邈,明确提出"肺与大肠相表里"的说法。"肺与大肠相表里"理论是一个丰富的理论体系,有着深刻的理论内涵与临床实践的指导价值,广泛用于指导肺肠相关疾病的防治。传统中医理论认为,肺肠表里关系实现需要四个基础。其中,气机上升降相因是功能基础、气血津液是物质基础、经络系统是沟通基础、阴阳学说是哲学基础。现代实验研究进展认为,肺肠组织均来源于胚胎原始消化管的内胚层、拥有共同的黏膜免疫系统、肺肠病理上发病的相关性包括组织形态和生化指标的改变、微生态菌群变化的同步性等方面,进一步证实了肺肠表里相关的科学性。
The theory of "lung relevance with large intestine"is from the viewpoint of "internal organs" in Neijing.The development of this kind of understanding is "the large intestine is the main body of the viscera and the lung is the main body of the viscera" from the work named Origin of disease.SUN Simiao,a physician in Tang Dynasty,puts forward the theory of "lung relevance with large intestine".The theory of "lung relevance with large intestine" is a rich theoretical system,which has profound theoretical connotation and guiding value in clinical practice.According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory,the realization of the relationship between the lung and intestines needs four basis.Ascending phase is the basis of function,qi-blood-jing-fluid is the material foundation,channel system is the foundation of communication,yin yang theory is the basis of philosophy.From the view of the modern experimental research,the intestinal tissue of the lung is derived from the endoderm of the embryonic primitive digestive tract.They have common mucosal immune system.Such as correlation between pathological changes of the lung and intestine includes the changes of histomorphology and biochemical indexes.And synchronism about microbial variation between lung and large intestine.These findings further confirm the scientific nature of the lung and intestine.
