摘要
目的 探讨臭氧+VSD冲洗用于外伤感染性创面的治疗效果.方法 2013年7月-2016年7月,应用臭氧+VSD冲洗治疗感染性创面42例,待坏死界限清楚后,彻底手术清创去除失活组织,创面放置VSD,生理盐水持续冲洗;臭氧+生理盐水快速冲洗,3次/d.创面取残留坏死物行细菌培养,根据药敏试验使用抗生素.结果 38例行一次手术清创并清洗后,创面新鲜,细菌培养阴性,行游离植皮或皮瓣修复,术后成活.2例行两次清创并冲洗后创面新鲜,细菌培养阴性,行游离植皮或皮瓣修复,术后成活.2例行3次手术清创并冲洗后,大量新鲜肉芽组织生长,行细菌培养为阴性,创面游离植皮或皮瓣修复,植皮和皮瓣均成活.结论 臭氧+VSD冲洗用于感染性外伤创面的治疗,有明显的抗感染、促进肉芽组织生长的作用.
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ozone and VSD flushing on the treatment of infected wounds. Methods From July 2013 to July 2016, application of ozone and VSD flushing in treatment of infected wounds in 42 cases, after necrosis boundaries were clear, complete surgical debridement was operated to remove inactive tissue, VSD was placed on wound, saline flushing; ozone and saline flushing, 3 times/d. Bacterial culture was performed on the wound surface, and antibiotics were used according to the drug sensitivity test. Results 38 cases of wound had a large number of fresh granulation tissue growth, wound bacterial culture was negative, the wound was repaired by free skin grafts or flaps, skin grafts and flaps survived; 2 cases had fresh wound surface after two times debridiment and flushing, and a large number of fresh granulation tissue growth, wound bacterial culture was negative, after free skin grafts or flaps transplantation, skin grafts and flaps survived. 2 cases of the 3 surgical debridement and washing, wound bacterial culture was negative, after free skin graft or flap repairment, skin graft and skin flap survived. Conclusion The ozone and VSD is used in the treatment of infected wounds, it has obvious anti infection and promote the growth of granulation tissue.
