摘要
介绍了视频辅助治疗肛瘘(Video-as-sisted anal fistule treatment,VAAFT)的操作流程,及目前国内外临床相关研究的临床治疗效果,及其应用条件。分析表明VAAFT治疗肛瘘是有效、安全、损伤性小的手术,并能保护肛门括约肌。
The operation procedure, application conditions and the clinical therapeutic effect of the related studies at home and abroad of Video-assisted Anal Fistula Treatment （VAAFT） are introduced. Analysis shows that it is an effective, safe, small trau- matic surgery method in treating anal fistula, and can protect the anal sphincter.
