摘要
目的:探讨用索法酮联合潘妥洛克治疗胃溃疡的效果和费用。方法:回顾性研究2015年8月至2016年11月期间在广东药科大学附属第三医院接受治疗的248例胃溃疡患者的临床资料。将这248例患者平均分为观察组和对照组。使用潘妥洛克对对照组患者进行治疗,联合使用索法酮和潘妥洛克对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者治疗的效果、不良反应的发生率和治疗的费用。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗的平均费用低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用索法酮联合潘妥洛克治疗胃溃疡具有效果好、安全性高和治疗费用低的优点。
Objective To explore Effect and medical cost of sofalcone combined with pantoloc for the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods Retrospectively study material of 248 cases with gastric ulcer received by The Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University during August 2015 to November 2016.Divided these cases into the experimental group and the control group,124 cases each group.Treat control group with pantoloc,treat experimental group with sofalcone and pantoloc in combination.Compare curative effect,adverse effects rate and medical cost of 2 groups.Results The total efficiency of experimental group is significantly higher than control group（P 0.05）.Difference of adverse effects rate of 2 groups has no statistic significant（P 0.05）.The medical cost of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of sofalcone combined with pantoloc for the treatment of gastric ulcer has good effect,high safety and low medical cost.
