摘要
在《黄帝内经》中提到的络虽然有"经络"和"脉络"的区别,但"久病入络"的明确提出者叶天士,在辨证论治方面却没有把两者分开。无论是从辨证还是治疗只要辨证为"久病入络"的络病,用络病的治疗方法,往往能收到满意的效果。
There is a difference between ＂ meridians＂ and ＂ collateral＂ in Huangdi Neijing. While Ye Tianshi proposes ＂ chronic collateral diseases＂, but doses not distinguish these by treatment based on syndrome differentiation. Both from the syndrome differ-entiation and treatment as long as the differentiation of the disease of ＂ chronic collateral diseases＂, it often can get satisfactory ef-fect.
