摘要
讨论肿瘤化疗前运用中医药及早干预,预防肿瘤化疗后的不良反应,根据肿瘤患者在化疗期间的不良反应,认为化疗后脾胃不足,正气受损,结合中医"藏象"理论及中医"治未病"思想,拟加味香砂六君汤预防肿瘤化疗不良反应,为中医药预防肿瘤化疗不良反应提供参考。
The early intervention of Chinese medicine before tumor chemotherapy and prevention of adverse reactions after tumor chemotherapy were discussed. According to the adverse reaction of tumor patients during chemotherapy, deficiency of spleen and stomach after chemotherapy and impaired vital qi were considered. Combining with traditional Chinese medicine ＂ Zangxiang＂ theo-ry and TCM thought of ＂ preventive treatment of disease＂, the modified Xiangsha Liujun decoction in the prevention of adverse re-action of chemotherapy will provide reference for the prevention of adverse reaction of tumor chemotherapy by traditional Chinese Medicine.
