摘要
XZ-2是本课题组分离到的一株大豆内生多粘类芽孢杆菌。探索了该菌株对甘薯黑斑病的生物防治效果及其作用机理。研究结果表明:与清水对照相比,用XZ-2发酵原液的10~100倍稀释液处理贮藏期薯块,可以极显著地减小黑斑病病斑体积;在所有处理中,以XZ-2发酵原液的10倍稀释液对甘薯黑斑病的防治效果最佳,达73.62%;XZ-2发酵滤液处理对甘薯黑斑病菌的菌丝形态没有明显的影响,但会导致该病菌菌丝产生厚垣孢子,且显著地抑制其分生孢子的萌发。
Paenibacillus polymyxa XZ-2 is a biological control strain isolated from the healthy soybean plants. The biocontrol efficacy of XZ-2 against black rot of sweet potato and its action mechanism were explored. The results showed that: in comparison with the control( pure water),treating the stored sweet potatoes with the 10 - 100-fold diluent of XZ-2 fermentation broth could very significantly reduce the scab volume of black rot; among all treatments,the 10-fold diluent of XZ-2 fermentation broth had the best control efficacy against black rot of sweet potato,reaching 73.62%; the treatment with the diluent of XZ-2 fermentation broth had no obvious influence on the hyphal morphology of sweet potato black rot pathogen( Ceratocystis fimbriata),but it could cause the generation of chlamydospores,and could significantly inhibit the germination of conidia of this pathogen.
