摘要
针对偏远地区用电难问题,设计了一种基于风力发电、光伏发电、柴油发电机组和蓄电池的移动电源车,充分考虑了电源车的技术特性、安全等问题。通过对风光柴储互补发电系统关键技术的研究,达到提高可再生能源利用率,降低排放和燃油消耗,增加移动电源系统的有效使用时间,降低系统对燃油的依赖程度,提高系统稳定性和灵活性等目标。
In order to solve the problem of unstable electricity supply in remote areas, a mobile power generation vehicle (MPGV) based on wind power generation, photovohaic power generation, diesel gensets and battery was designed. The technical characteristics, safety as well as other issues of the vehi- cle were considered adequately. Research on the key technologies of hybrid PV-wind-diesel-battery power generation systems were carried out to improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy, reduce the emissions and fuel consumption of the system, increase the effective usage time of the MPGV, reduce its dependency on fuel and improve the systemg stability and flexibility.
