摘要
目的分析常熟市基层预防接种单位疫苗冷链温度监测系统运行状况。方法收集全市32家预防接种单位2014~2016年疫苗冷链温度监测数据,使用Excel 2010软件对超温数据进行分析。结果常熟市32家预防接种单位84台冰箱,3年共出现超温次数122 894次,超温率为0.89%;2014~2016年超温率呈逐年下降的趋势(P<0.01)。7~9月(高温季节)超温率高于其他月份(P<0.01),冰箱冷藏室超温率高于冷冻室(P<0.01),医用冰箱超温率低于家用冰箱(P<0.01),送苗时间(8:00~16:00)、门诊时间(8:00~16:00)超温率高于其他时间。结论该系统对常熟市疫苗冷链情况进行了有效监测,为基层预防接种单位强化疫苗冷链管理和安全接种提供了重要保证。
Objective To analyze the operation state of temperature monitoring system of vaccine cold chain in primary vaccination stations in Changshu city. Methods Data were collected on temperature monitoring system of vaccine cold chain in primary vaccination stations during 2014-2016,and analyzed by Excel 2010 software. Results There were 84 refrigerators at 32 vaccination stations in Changshu city.A total of 122 894 times of over-temperature occurred during2014-2016,and the over-temperature rate was 0.89%.From 2014 to 2016,the over-temperature rate showed a downward trend year by year（P〈0.01）.And the over-temperature rate in July-September（the summer heat season）was higher than other months（P〈0.01）.The over-temperature rate in refrigerator was higher than freezer（P〈0.01）.The overtemperature rate in the medical refrigerator was lower than the family refrigerator（P〈0.01）.In addition,the over-temperature rate in the delivery of vaccine time（8：00-16：00）and outpatient time（8：00-16：00）were both higher than that of other time. Conclusion This system can carry out effective surveillance of vaccine cold chain in Changshu city,which provides an important guarantee for vaccine cold chain and safe vaccination of primary vaccination institutions.
