摘要
焦炉加热优化串级系统(OCC)根据焦炉加热原理建立数学模型,实现焦炉自动加热系统的优化控制。5#焦炉上采用OCC系统后,在不同结焦时间下,OCC系统中温度拟合值与实测值非常接近,满足焦炉正常生产需求。通过采取加强蓄热室顶部测温热电偶的检查和维护频率等措施,能保证OCC系统运行率稳定在90%以上。5#焦炉采用优化串级调节后,吨焦焦炉煤气消耗量降低2.3%,取得了较好的节能降耗效益。
In OCC system mathematical model was set up according to the principle of heating a coke ovens and the automatic system of heating coke ovens was better controlled. After using OCC system in 5# coke oven, the fitting temperature and the measured temperature is very closed in different coking time, it was meet the needs of production of coke oven. The operation of OCC system more than 90% by strengthening the regenerator top temperature thermocouple frequency inspection and maintenance measures. Tons of coke oven gas consumption reduced 2.3%, achieved good energy saving benefits by 5# coke oven using OCC system.
