摘要
在对潼关黄河风景区游客满意度指标体系构建基础上,通过调查问卷形式获取游客满意度的相关数据,采用模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)对潼关黄河风景区进行游客满意度评价,最后基于重要性绩效分析法(IPA)提出游客满意度提升的相关策略.结果显示,该景区游客以潼关本地和西安地区受教育程度不高的年轻低收入群体为主;游客对景区的综合满意度达到了基本满意水平;但在7个准则层,23项评价因子层方面差异较大;针对IPA四象限图对各评价因子归类提出了4种发展策略:继续努力发展、顺其自然发展、低优先开发和重点改进.这4种策略旨在为潼关黄河风景区的旅游发展提供借鉴,以期获得更高的游客满意度与重游率.
We construct an index system of tourist satisfaction of the Yellow River scenic spot in Tongguan. And weobtain data of tourist satisfaction by the form of questionnaires. We use fuzzy comprehension evaluation methods toevaluate tourist satisfaction of the Yellow River scenic spot in Tongguan. And we put forward relevant strategies ofsatisfaction based on the method of IPA. Results display：the mainly of this scenic visitors are local and Xi＇an region isdominated by low-income groups,they do not have a high level of education and most of them are young people.Tourists to the scenic spot of comprehensive satisfaction achieve the level of basic satisfaction. But in the rule of 7layers,23 evaluation factor layers are different. In view of the IPA,we classify the four quadrant diagram of eachevaluation factor,and propose the 4 kinds of development strategy：continue to efforts development,let nature takeits course development,low priority development and focus improved. These four strategies aim at providing referencefor tourism development to obtain the higher tourist satisfaction and revisit rates.
