摘要
芳香族化合物广泛应用于化学工业。利用代谢工程改造微生物生产各种芳香族化合物越来越受到人们的关注。通过理性改造,微生物可以定向地大量积累人们需要的各种芳香族化合物。此外,通过设计新的反应途径并引入外源基因,可以拓宽微生物生物合成的产物谱,获得某些具有重要应用价值的新的芳香族化合物。这些研究成果对解决化石能源危机和环境可持续发展问题具有积极意义。本文中,笔者主要对近年来微生物生产各种芳香族化合物的最新研究进展及相应的代谢工程改造策略进行综述,为开展相关研究提供参考。
Aromatic chemicals are a large number of industr ial ly important products with a range of applications in chemical industry.Recent ly,an increasing array of aromatic chemicals are produced via many engineered microbes direct ly from renewable feedstocks.The engineered microbes based on rat ional design can signif icant ly overproduce a large variety of aromatic chemicals with wide appl icat ions. In addi t ion,we can broaden the product spectrum via de novo biosynthetic pathways and obtain some valuable and novel aromatic chemicals. Microbial production of aromatic chemicals would greatly contribute to solving the problems to fossil energy crisis and environment sustainable development.In this review,the latest research progress on microbial production of various aromatic chemicals and the strategies for metabolic engineering were summarized,to provide basis for fur ther research and development.
