摘要
目的:探索药学类学生与临床系类学生之间在合理用药的认知、态度上的差异,为推进基本的用药情况提供依据。方法:通过特定专业进行整群抽样方法,以肇庆医学高等专科学校选择药学类专业学生与临床系类专业学生的15年级、14年级、13年级为抽样对象,通过SPSS17.0进行χ~2值检验进行比较。结果:药学专业学生比临床系类学生正确率普遍较高,对于合理用药的总体情况,药学专业和临床系专业的学生的认识还是较低,不同年级学习专业课程度不同对于合理用药的认识有着一定影响。结论:两个专业对于合理用药的个别题目的准确率普遍较低,对于合理用药的知识仍然需要增强宣教。
Objective:To understand the difference between medical students and clinical students about consciousness and action of rational use of drugs.It can provide the foundation for the development of program that guides students about the rational use of drug.Methods:This study takes the 2015,2014,2013 of pharmacy major and clinical major as research object and adopts sampling method.Then evaluate χ~2 by SPSS17.0.Results:The medical students' correct rate is general higher than the clinical students'.There is a difference between grade and professional knowledge about the rational use of drug.The major courses of different grades has a certain effect on the rational use of drug for university students.Conclusion:The correction rate of a certain questions is low in two majors.It needs to publicize and teach the knowledge of rational use of drugs.
