锌铁氧化物共复合二氧化钛纳米管的制备及其CO_2光电催化还原性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用阳极氧化法在钛基底上制备出直立有序的TiO2纳米管(TiO2NTs)阵列,通过浸渍法将氧化锌和氧化铁同时修饰到TiO2NTs上,得到锌铁共复合二氧化钛纳米管(ZnFe2O4?TiO2NTs),并将复合纳米管材料应用于光电催化还原CO2研究,考察制备条件对TiO2NTs形貌的影响以及采用SEM,XRD,UV-vis方法对TiO2NTs和ZnFe2O4?TiO2NTs进行表征。结果表明:锌铁氧化物附着在TiO2NTs表面,ZnFe2O4?TiO2NTs复合材料的禁带宽度窄化为2.93eV;ZnFe2O4?TiO2NTs具有优良的光电催化还原性能,光电催化还原CO2的主要产物为异戊醇、异己醇等碳数较大的醇类化合物。 The upright and orderly TiO2 nanotubes, a TiO2NTs was prepared by anodic oxidation method on the base matrix TiO2. The ZnFe2O4/TiO2 NTs was obtained by impregnation of ZnCl2 and FeCl3 solution and applied to the photoelectrocatalytic reduction of CO2. The TiO2 NTs and ZnFe2 04/ TiO2 NTs were characterized by SEM’XRD and UV-vis. The effects of the preparation conditions on the morphology of TiO2NTs were discussed. The results showed that the zinc and iron oxides were on the surface of TiO2NTs,and the band gap of the catalyst was 2. 48 eV. It was found that the catalyst had ex-cellent photoelectrocatalytic reduction performance for CO2. The larger alcohol compounds, like isoamyl alcohol,isohexyl alcohol,were obtained.
