摘要
论文针对目前企业在人事档案管理中存在的问题,提出了一些利用信息化建设来加以改进的思路和措施,即要建立健全人事档案信息化管理的规章制度;要为人事档案信息化管理提供软硬件;为人事档案信息化管理提供必要的经费;要加强对档案保密和安全工作的领导,为档案信息化管理有效运行提供保障。
Aiming at the problems existing in personnel file management, paper puts forward some ideas and measures of using informatization construction to improvement the management, it means that we need establish and improve regulations of personnel archives information management, provide hardware and software for the information management of personnel files, provide the necessary funding for the information management of personnel files, strengthen the confidentiality of archives and safety work, to provide guarantee for the effective operation of the archives information management.
