摘要
员工关于自己与主管深层相似性的感知影响员工态度与行为。然而,目前国内对深层相似性感知与员工创新行为关系的探讨较少。基于社会认同理论,对162对上级主管-员工进行配对问卷调查,探讨个体与主管深层相似性感知对员工创新行为的作用机制。结果发现:个体-主管深层相似性感知对员工创新行为具有显著正向影响,心理安全感、内部人身份认知在个体-主管深层相似性感知与员工创新行为间起部分中介作用。
Employees' perception of similarity with their supervisors will affect the employ-ee's own attitudes and behavior.However,the research of the relationship between the deep-level similarity perception and the employee innovation behavior in China is relatively insufficient.Based on the social identity theory,this paper explore the mechanism of deep-level similarity perception on the employee's innovative behavior through the investigation of 162 pairs of super-visors and employees.The conclusion shows that the employee's deep-level similarity perception with their supeivisor has a strong effect on the employee's inno-vation behavior.The mediating effect of psychological security and the perceived insider s-tatus in the main effect was also validated.
