摘要
近年来,我国学术界和业界出现了各种不同的中国式管理理论,其实这些说法或学说都还不能够称为理论,距离构建完整的理论体系还差很多。鉴于此,本文旨在探讨中国式管理的效用和反差并以期能够为以西方管理理论为基础的中国式管理理论和实践提供一些有价值的借鉴和建议。
In recent years, various Chinese management theories have appeared in academia and industry. In fact, these theories can not really be called theory, because they are far from the complete theoretical system. In view of this, this paper aims to explore the effectiveness and contrast of Chinese management and to provide some valuable lessons and suggestions for Chinese management theory and practice based on Western management theory.
