摘要
建筑行业的发展对我国经济发展有巨大的推动作用,而当前我国建筑的发展还处于较为粗放、初级的阶段。BIM技术在工程造价中能够实现预算的精准性,实现工程建设的动态监管,从而实现工程造价的精细化管理,本文基于BIM技术,提出实际工程造价精细化管理策略与方法。
The development of the construction industry has a great effect on China＇s economic development, and the development of China＇s construction is still in a relatively extensive and primary stage. In the project cost, BIM technology can achieve the accuracy of the budget and the dynamic construction supervision, so as to achieve the refinement management of project cost. Based on BIM technology, the refinement management strategies and methods of the actual project cost are put forward.
