摘要
校企合作为高职院校德育社会化提供了有效的教育资源和研究视角。文章通过厘清校企合作与高职院校德育社会化之间的关系,探索校企合作推进高职院校德育社会化的核心要素:凸显校企合作的实践性;发挥校企合作的主体性;运用校企合作的评价性。校企合作推进高职院校德育社会化的具体路径为:引入企业先进文化,构建高职学生职业品质培养体系;校企共建德育社会化实践机制,使德育社会化培养活动常态化;制定校企合作人才培养方案,强化综合职业素养的培养;采取双师共育、联通企业的校企合作共育人才模式,建立德育社会化教师队伍;创新校企合作德育工作方法,发挥学生德育社会化主体性,激发道德成长动力;建立"校企生"三方互助与监督机制,制定校企合作育人运行章程,全方位推进学生道德顺利社会化。
The university-enterprise cooperation provides effective education resources and research perspective for the socialization of moral education in higher vocational colleges. By clarifying the relationship between the school enterprise cooperation and the socialization of moral education in higher vocational colleges, we should explore the core elements of the socialization of moral education in higher vocational colleges--To highlight the practicality of university-enterprise cooperation; To play the subjectivity of university-enterprise cooperation;The evaluation of the cooperation of school enterprises. The school enterprise cooperated to promote the specific path of socialization of moral education in higher vocational colleges. First, the advanced culture of enterprises and construct the vocational quality training system of higher vocational students should be introduced; Second,the school enterprises jointly build the social practice mechanism of moral education, so as to normalize the socialization of moral education. Third, the training program of school enterprise cooperation should be formed and the cultivation of comprehensive vocational accomplishment strengthened; Fourthly, the model of cooperative and common education of the school enterprises of the two teachers should be adopted, and the socialized teachers' team of moral education established. Fifth, we should innovate the cooperative moral education working method,give play to the social subjectivity of moral education, stimulate moral growth motivation; Sixth, we should establish the tripartite mutual assistance and supervision mechanism of 'school-enterprise students', formulate the rules of operation of school-enterprise cooperation, and promote the socialization of students' morality in all directions.
