应用混合式教学方法,提高研究生专业课的教学效果——以“食品保藏技术研究进展”教学为例 被引量:7

摘要 课堂教学是研究生培养过程中非常重要的环节,也是研究生获取知识和技能的重要途径。在研究生专业课的课堂教学中坚持"教是学的主导,学是教的主体"的原则,结合课程内容特点以及学生的知识背景和学习能力,采用"分组讨论""翻转课堂""案例教学"等参与式为主的混合式教学模式,并采用"多次""实时评价"的方式对教学效果进行评价。混合式教学方法和实时教学评价体系的应用,既兼顾了课程先修背景不同的需求,提升了课程教学中学生的参与度,又有效地提高了学生利用专业知识分析、解决问题的能力,培养了学生的协作精神和表达能力,有效提高了课堂教学效果。 Classroom teaching is one of the important teaching steps in postgraduate education, and also an important approach to knowledge and skill acquisition. Following the criteria of 'students' main role and teachers guidance' in specialty postgraduate classroom teaching, the mixed methods(mainly participated teaching methods, such as panel discussion, flipped classroom, and case study) and multiple real-time evaluation were used in the course of 'Advanced Food Preservation'. The effectiveness of the course study indicated that the application of blended teaching methods and real-time evaluation increased the participation of students with different pre-training background, improved their capability of analyzing and solving problems, and exercised their cooperation spirit as well. All in all, the effect of classroom teaching was improved significantly.
