新型液压挤干机的纤维脱水干燥自动化控制工艺探讨 被引量:1

摘要 随着科技的发展,玉米淀粉厂的自动化水平也越来越高。目前,玉米浸泡、玉米浆蒸发、淀粉精制、淀粉干燥等工段可以实行全自动化控制,自动化程度水平较高;其他工段虽都设有传感器和执行器,但还需要操作工频繁检查确认。探讨了新型液压挤干机的纤维脱水干燥自动化控制工艺,分析对比了新型液压挤干机与普通挤干机的经济效益,以期为玉米淀粉生产厂家的设备选型提供参考。 With the automatic control level of corn starch manufacturers getting higher and higher,the whole process has been divided into several sections and some has been fully automatic controlled,such as corn steeping,evaporation,starch refining,starch drying,etc,and others are semi-automatic controlled.However,some sections still need to be frequently checked by operators,even equipped with sensors and actuators.So we discussed the automatic control process of fiber dehydration and drying of new hydraulic squeeze dryer,analyzed and compared the economic benefits of the new hydraulic squeeze dryer and the common,in order to provide reference for the equipment selection of the corn starch manufacturers.
