摘要
目视化管理是利用直观、色彩适宜的各种视觉感知信息来组织现场生产活动,达到提高劳动生产率目的的一种管理方式。医院中心气站是向全院提供各种医用气体的重要部门,工作内容广泛,涉及到气源、管道、气体容器、使用端及人员管理。我们应用目视化管理工具颜色、标识、地标线、看板等4种方法对中心气站站内及临床使用科室进行标准化精细化管理,尽可能地将管理者的要求和意图让工作人员看得见,借以推动自主管理、自我控制及应急处理。
Visual management is a supervising method that aims to improve the labor productivity using direct,coloriul and visual perception information to organize site activities. Central medical gas-supply station is an important organ that supplies a variety of medical gases to multiple departments in hospitals. Its duty involves the arrangement of air source, tubing,gas container,and the management of terminal operators. The visual management makes use of visual tools such as color codes, markers, ground labels,and display boards to implement a fine standardized man-agement of central medical gas-supply station as well as clinical departments. It allow^s the operators to accept readily the require-ments and propose of managers so as to promote self-management and self-control. It is especially important to apply the visual management in urgent circumstances.
