粉末冶金法生产深冲钽片的实验研究

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备纯Ta锭坯,坯料经锻造、轧制成厚度为0.28mm的Ta片。研究了不同的粉末粒度配比、中间退火温度、成品退火温度对Ta片物理性能的影响。结果表明,粉末冶金法制备的纯Ta片的物理性能如抗拉强度、延伸率、显微硬度是可以通过不同的粉末粒度配比、中间退火温度及成品退火温度进行一定范围的调整,生产出的Ta片性能达到客户要求。 Pure tantalum ingot blanks were prepared by powder metallurgy, and tantalum sheets with a thickness of 0. 28 mm were produced through forging and rolling of the ingot blanks. The effects were studied of different particle size proportion, intermediate annealing temperature and product annealing tem- perature on the physical properties of tantalum sheets. The results show that the properties of pure tanta- lum sheets obtained by powder metallurgy such as tensile strength, elongation and microhardness can be controlled to a certain extent through different particle size proportion,intermediate annealing temperature and product annealing temperature, and the properties of the produced tantalum sheets reach the require- ments of customers.
