摘要
目的探讨康复新液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片在轻中度活动期溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的治疗效果以及安全性。方法选取2016年3月至2017年4月我院收治的轻中度活动期UC患者62例,随机分为联合组(康复新液保留灌肠联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗,31例)和常规组(双歧杆菌四联活菌片口服治疗,31例),比较两组的治疗效果及药物不良反应发生率。结果联合组的治疗总有效率为96.77%,显著高于常规组的77.42%(P<0.05)。两组的头晕、恶心呕吐、肝功能异常、皮疹发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗轻中度活动期UC患者具有显著的疗效和较高的安全性。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of Kangfuxin liquid combined with bifidobacterium tetravaecine tablets （live） for patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage. Methods 62 cases of patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 31 cases in each group. Patients in the combined group were treated with Kangfuxin liquid for retention enema combined with bifidobacterium tetravaceine tablets （live） for oral administration, while patients in the routine group were treated with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） for oral administration. The therapeutic effects and incidences of adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of combined group was 96.77%, significantly higher than 77.42% of routine group （P〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found between two groups in the incidences of dizziness, nausea / vomiting, liver dysfunction or skin rash （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Kangfuxin liquid combined with bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets （live） for patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis in active stage has significant therapeutic effect and high safety.
