摘要
目的探讨跑步、动感单车锻炼对脂类代谢异常人群血脂、体成分的影响规律。方法将346名脂代谢异常人群分为男女动感单车和跑步4组。按照运动干预方案设计进行运动,每周运动3次,共持续16周。分别于锻炼前和锻炼结束时测试受试者血脂和全身不同部位体成分,所得数据组内比较采用Paired Samples t Test检验,组间比较采用Independent Samples t Test检验。结果 (1)16周锻炼后,女子动感单车组TG下降(P<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.001);女子跑步组HDL-C显著升高(P<0.001),LDL-C、CHOL下降(P<0.05);男子动感单车组HDL-C显著升高(P<0.001),男子跑步组TG、CHOL下降(P<0.05),HDL-C显著升高(P<0.001)。运动干预16周后,女子动感单车组受试者血液TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、CHOL变化率与跑步组均有显著性差异(P<0.05);男子动感单车组受试者血液TG、HDL-C、CHOL变化率与跑步组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。(2)16周锻炼后,女子动感单车组全身体脂百分比、脂肪含量下降(P<0.01),肌肉含量增高(P<0.05);大腿、下身部位体脂百分比、脂肪含量均下降(P<0.05)。男子动感单车组全身体脂百分比、脂肪含量显著下降(P<0.01);上身、躯干和大腿部体脂百分比、脂肪含量下降(P<0.05)。16周锻炼后,女子跑步组全身体脂百分比、脂肪含量有非常显著性下降(P<0.001),肌肉含量增高(P<0.05);大腿部体脂百分比、脂肪含量下降(P<0.05),肌肉含量、瘦体质量增高(P<0.05);上身、下身、躯干部位体脂百分比、脂肪含量均下降(P<0.01)。男子跑步组全身体脂百分比、脂肪含量有非常显著性下降(P<0.001);上身、躯干、上肢和大腿部位体脂百分比、脂肪含量均下降(P<0.05)。运动干预16周后,女子动感单车组受试者全身、上身、大腿、下身体脂百分比、脂肪含量变化率与跑步组均有显著性差异(P<0.05),大腿部肌肉含量、瘦体质量变化率与跑步组均有显著性差异(P<0.05);男子动�
Objective The article purpose is investigating the running and spinning exercise to the influence of blood lipid and body composition of abnormal lipid metabolism crowd. Methods 346 lipid metabolism disorders peoples were divided into men's and women's spinning and run 4 groups. Exercise intervention is 16 weeks,it is 3 times a week,it is tested that blood lipid and body composition of different areas of the body of the subjects before exercise intervention and the end of exercise intervention. The Data comparison method in groups is using Paired Samples t Test,it is using Independent Samples t Test between groups. Results( 1) After 16 weeks exercise,the TG of female spinning group decreased( P〈0.05),HDLC significantly increased( P0. 001); the HDL-C of woman running group increased significantly( P 0. 001),the LDL-C and CHOL decreased( P〈0.05). the HDL-C of male spinning group increased( P0. 001),the TG and CHOL of male running group decreased significantly( P〈0.05),the HDL-C significantly increased( P 0. 001). The changes of blood TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and CHOL in the female spinning group were significantly different with those in the running group( P〈0.05); the changes of blood TG,HDL-C and CHOL in the male spinning group were significantly different with those in the running group( P〈0.05).( 2) After 16 weeks exercise,the full body fat percentage and fat content of the female spinning group significantly decreased( P0. 001),and muscle content of the female spinning group increased( P〈0.05); Legs,and body fat percentage,fat content decreased( P〈0.05). full body fat percentage and fat content of male spinning group significantly decreased( P〈0.01); the body fat percentage,fat content of Upper body,hindquarters cadres and thigh decreased( P〈0.05).
