摘要 通过对28家外贸企业进行俄语外贸人才需求问卷调查,从知识和能力两个维度,对浙江旅游职业学院应用俄语专业毕业生综合素质和企业需求进行了对比和分析,反映出企业更重视外语水平和客户沟通技巧,需求沟通协作能力和适应能力强的毕业生。应用俄语专业应该优化课程设置,培养复合型人才。 Through the questionnaire survey on the demand of Russian foreign trade talents from 28 foreign trade enterprises, the paper compares and analyzes the comprehensive qualities of Russian graduates from Zhejiang Tourism College and the enterprise needs from the two dimensions of knowledge and ability. The results show us that enterprises pay more attention to foreign language level and customer communication skills, they need graduates with rich communication skills and high settings and cultivate compound talents. adaptability. Colledge should optimize curriculum
