响应面法优化金樱子多糖微波辅助提取工艺 被引量:2

Optimization of Polysaccharide from Rosa laevigata Michx. Extraction Using Microwave Extraction by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 为了优化金樱子(Rosa laevigata Michx.)多糖的提取工艺,采用微波辅助提取方法,以去离子水为溶剂提取金樱子中多糖成分,并以多糖成分提取率为考察指标,通过单因素试验和响应面试验来探讨和优化金樱子多糖的提取工艺,得到金樱子多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为微波时间3.5 min,微波功率438W,料液比为1∶27(g∶m L),浸提1次。在此提取工艺条件下,金樱子多糖实际提取率可达52.0%。 In order to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide from Rosa laevigata Michx.,the method of microwaveassisted extraction technology was adopted by using distilled water as the solvent and the extraction rate of polysaccharide as the index. Microwave time,microwave power, ratio of material to liquid and microwave extraction times were studied. Based on the single factor experiment,the extraction process of polysaccharide from Rosa laevigata Michx. polysaccharide was optimized by using the central combination experiment design. The influence factor of the process was determined by regression analysis,and the extraction rate of polysaccharide was determined by the factor of 3. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid of 1∶27(g∶m L),microwave time of 3.5 min,microwave power of438 W,extraction of 1 time,the actual extraction rate of polysaccharide was 52.0%.
