摘要
在关系网络思维下,教师课程权力是一张庞大的网状结构且处于永恒的交错抵抗中,呈现出有别于传统教师课程权力的特征。表现为教师课程权力与其他要素间密切的联系性,教师课程权力以知识为载体的间接性,因利益目标等的不平衡和相互阻抗表现出的冲突性,在实施课程权力的过程中受法度和规则的制约而呈现出的有序性。在关系网络的视角下,教师课程权力的实现需经历从外在赋予到内化自控、从刻板奉行到积极扬弃、从拒斥反抗到正视冲突、从肆意用权到有序规训的过程。
Teacher's curriculum power, in the view of relationship network, is a huge network structure and is in an eternal staggered resistance. It reveals different characteristics from traditional concepts, including the close irrelativeness between teacher's curriculum power and other elements, the knowledge-based indirectness of teacher's curriculum power, the conflicts and impedance due to imbalanced interest goals, and the order subject to the constraints of laws and rules in the implementation of teacher's curriculum power. In the view of relationship network, the realization of teacher's curriculum power is subject to the process from extrinsic endowment to internalized self-control, from stereotyped implementation to actively abandonment, from rejecting conflicts to facing the confrontation squarely, and from the arbitrary use of the power to the disciplined training of how to use it.
