摘要
漫长的中医临床诊疗实践经验是形成稳定的辨证论治理法方药体系的必由之路,故将碎片化的个体诊疗经验上升为诊疗规律是提高中医辨证论治水平的关键问题。提出中医师个体化辨证论治理法方药是一种自洽的知识体系,是医生、特定患者群、治疗方案间不断完善达到和谐成熟的过程,也是名医成才之路,将辨证论治知识体系中显性知识与隐性知识综合分析,运用知识图谱可视化建模技术表达出来,实现"病-证-治-效"等层面表达个体诊疗规律是中医临床研究的重要内容。
Long-term Chinese medicine diagnosing and treating practical experience is the necessary way to form a stable treatment based on syndrome differentiation and principle-method-recipe-medicine system.The key problem of improving Chinese medicine level of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is sublimating fragmented individual experience in diagnosis and treatment into diagnosis and treatment law.The authors put forward that Chinese medicine doctor individual treatment based on syndrome differentiation and principle-method-recipe-medicine is a self consistent knowledge system,which is the process of constant improvement and harmonious maturing of doctor,certain patients and therapeutic regimen,which is also the road to success for famous doctors.The important content of Chinese medicine clinical research include comprehensively analyzing the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge in the knowledge system of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,expressing by knowledge mapping visualization modeling technology and realizing expressing individual diagnosis and treatment law from the aspects of ＂disease-syndrome-treatment-effect＂.
