摘要
目的比较普通盖被与简易支被架在会阴部伤口中的护理康复效果。方法选取2013年1月至2017年1月在我院住院的80例尿道下裂和阴茎外伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组患者采用传统盖被常规护理方法,观察组患者在此基础上使用简易支被架置于会阴部上方。比较两组患者护理时间、疼痛程度、舒适度及伤口愈合时间。结果观察组患者护理时间、疼痛评分和伤口愈合时间均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者舒适度评分显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论使用简易支被架能有效保持会阴部伤口干燥,减轻患者疼痛,患者满意度高,护士工作效率高,效果显著。
Objective To compare the rehabilitation effect of the common cover and the simple quilt supporting frame in the perineal wound nursing.Methods 80 cases of hypospadias and penile injury patients （hospitalized in our hospital during January 2013 and January 2017） were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received traditional quilt cover method and conventional nursing method, and simple quilt support frame was set above the perineum of patients in the observation group. The nursing time, degree of pain, comfort and healing time of the two groups were observed. Results Nursing time, the score of pain and wound healing time of observation group were statistically less than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of simple quilt supporting frame can effectively keep the wound dry, reduce the pain of patients and then patients with high satisfaction. At the same time improve the efficiency of nursing work and the effect is significant. It is worthy of clinical application.
