摘要
培育"有灵魂、有本事、有血性、有品德"的新一代革命军人,做好军队院校思想政治工作,就必须真正发挥其在铸魂育人中的生命线作用。要着眼新形势新特点,科学搭建深化铸魂工程的系统构架;要紧贴各个不同专业特殊群体的特殊性,把握深化铸魂工程的关键要害;要以提升政治素质为根本出发点和落脚点,深化铸魂工程的方法路径。
Military academies play an important role in equipping the new generation of revolutionary soldiers with conviction, competence, enthusiasm and virtues. In order to do ideological and political work well, military academies should give priority to ideological education and foster the spirits and morality of the cadets. Firstly, a system structure of ideological education is established to meet requirement of the current situation and new features. Secondly, great attention is focused on the key points of ideological education to meet demand of characteristics of different groups. Finally, top priority is to improve the political quality of military personnel and provide some effective measures.
