摘要
以某自卸车为研究对象,提出一种单气室油气悬架方案,建立了考虑摩擦、沿程压力损失、进口局部阻力损失等因素的油气悬架非线性数学模型,得到了较为精确的弹性力和阻尼力公式。基于Simulink仿真,研究各参数对油气悬架弹性力和阻尼力的影响,并通过脉冲路面与D级随机路面仿真分析油气悬架对平顺性的影响。本研究为油气悬架的设计提供了一定的参考依据。
This research put forward a kind of single air chamber hydro-pneumatic suspension with its application to a dump truck.It established the non-linear mathematical model of hydro-pneumatic suspension considering friction,pressure loss in pipe and other factors.The accurate formulas of elastica and damping are established.Researched the influence factor to stiffness and damping characteristics of hydro-pneumatic suspension by simulink.It analyzed the hydro-pneumatic suspension effect on ride comfort by simulation of pulse road and the random road of D.The research results provide preference for the design of the hydro-pneumatic suspension.
